Small changes made consistently over time affect lasting and meaningful change
By a series of life circumstances and choices I found myself 20kg overweight and unhappy with my life. This affected my self esteem and self confidence, negatively impacting how I regarded myself and how I related to others and the world around me.
Experiencing the effect of getting healthy and fit in my life helped motivate me to share this with others and I feel so privileged and humbled to do this here at Camperdown Fitness.
Through becoming certified as a personal trainer and undertaking Sports Science based extracurricular studies in weight loss, body composition and strength training techniques, backed by peer-reviewed articles and meta analysis, my clients receive results that are tangible. However it’s the intangibles—feeling happier, more confident, focused and centred that makes all this worthwhile.
